SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • All orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post (Standard) or Hong Kong SpeedPost (SpeedPost).  Rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase.  Delivery Charges will be added to you order at the checkout stage and you can check the rates before placing an order.  

  • We do not ship to P.O. box address and multiple addresses per order.

 

Hong Kong Orders

 

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday by 3:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the next business day.

 

  • Orders placed during Saturday and Sunday will ship out within 3 business days from the day of order (excluding holidays).

 

  • Orders placed during holidays are shipped within 3-7 business days from the day of order. (excluding holidays).

 

International Orders

 

  • Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the day of order (excluding holidays).

 

  • Most orders arrive within 4-15 business days from the day of order, arrival date are determined by destination at point of purchase and shipping method. (excluding holidays) 

Remarks: Please be aware that International deliveries may be charged import duties and taxes on receipt of your package and ensure the following to avoid dispatch delays:

You will be available to sign for your order at the above shipping address between Mondays to Fridays, 9am-5pm

If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, because you refused to accept it or because you didn't pick it up at the collection point in time, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to hard graft.

 

Custom Duties & Import Taxes

  • Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of duties and taxes. At this moment, all custom duties and import taxes will be paid on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which also applies to orders that qualify for free shipping.

 

  • These charges will be based on the total merchandise value and shipping destination before any discounts has been applied. Please note these charges are passed to your local customs’ authorities, and therefore are non-refundable.

 

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

 

  • Shipping on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis means that import taxes and duties will not be shown on the Check Out page. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to bear all applicable custom fees and import duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be notified and invoiced by courier service, the shipping courier upon delivery of your merchandise. Delays beyond our delivery estimates may occur due to customs clearance procedures and payments.

 

  • Please kindly note that Obsessed has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amounts. We recommend customers to check with your local customs authority before placing an order, to avoid any unexpected charges. 

 

Redelivery

 

Please be aware that for shipments that are not delivered successfully due to provision of wrong addresses, the customer is responsible for shipping charge for both the first and thereafter delivery attempts.  

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  • All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply contacting us.

 

  • We offer exchanges if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge.

 

  • The color and display setting of different monitors may vary, therefore a color difference between the actual product and the product shown on the monitor may occur. It is not defective or incorrect so exchange and return are not applicable to this case.

 

  • Merchandise must include any original packaging, dust bags, warranty/authenticity cards, spare parts and all tags intact, including hangtag.

 

  • Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of the product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

**Please be sure to send 3 images of your bag in clear, as the quality of the pictures will allow us to properly identify and evaluate your bag.
